Roseline Shark Torpedo Barb (Puntius denisonii)
Other common names: Denison's barb, red line torpedo barb, roseline shark, bleeding eye barb or Miss Kerala
Size is roughly 1.5 - 2 inches or so. Very active swimmers that will swim in all ranges of the aquarium!

What can I say besides petzonesd does it again. Ordered 8 Roseline Sharks on Sunday and by noon Tuesday I had 8 two and a half to three inch beauties my QT. The red coloration that extends over the top part of their eyes is awesome! Can't wait to see what they look like in another 6 month's to a year.

This is the second time I ordered these fish. The first time they were a nice size and great color and I still have all of them. This time I was disappointed as they were small and I lost one the very next day. The other 3 seem to be doing ok so far.

However, I did lose 2 of them in the first 24 hours. Cause unknown. I always use extreme care in acclimating and I don’t rush the process. My water parameters are good and quite stable. Temp: 77.9-78.4
PH: 6.8-7.2 zero ammonia and nitrite..Nitrate normally around 20 or so. I was hoping to have a school of six. I probably should have ordered a couple extra but I have had such good luck with fish I have ordered from you that I never a thought to losing any. I’m hoping the remaining 4 will continue to do we.ll -
