The Ember Tetra is a very hardy fish, making it great for beginner and experienced aquarists alike! They do good in schools of 5 or more and contrast very well in planted tanks. Also known as the Fire Tetra, this fish is an excellent nano fish for many varieties of tanks and scapes. Fantastic to observe in a group setting, they are also great for community tanks with smaller types of fish.

All 5 that I ordered came alive and well, as soon as they where put in the tank (they are in with a pea puffer)they didnt hide, they where pretty outgoing

They came on time, actually earlier than expected, water was a great temp, all were happily swimming stress free in their shipment bags and have already started to show their color. I received very happy, active and healthy fish. Cant thank Ariel enough for recommending this place!

I picked them up directly from the Convoy St. location. They are active fish and were at full color within a few days. I've had them for a month and no illnesses or parasites. Some of them are small enough to get caught in the filter so it's best to have a sponge on the filter intake.

2 DOA the other 4 very small
