Also known as the Roundnose Elephantnose Fish.
As part of the Mormyridae fish family, these fish are not actual "whales" but fish that resemble them, hence the name.
Originating from Africa, the Roundnose Whale Fish can be found in many of the waterways and other rivers in the area such as the Congo River.
With its body shape and personality, this is a great "oddball fish" for hobbyist!
