The Bumble Bee Shrimp, commonly known as the Bee Shrimp or Crystal Black Shrimp, CBS Shrimp.  These dwarf shrimp are very active and hardy aquatic pets.  As long as the water parameters are good and clean, they will thrive and do very well.  Be sure that the water is below 80 F degrees and stays within a pH level of 6.2-6.8 and they will be fine.

They are great in groups and will be your aquarium "cleaning crew!"

Size is about half an inch to just under an inch.
