Christmas Moss - Vesicularia montagnei (Hypnum montagnei)
Christmas Moss, also known as X-Mas Moss, does well in a variety of different areas of the tank, whether you want it as a foreground or background plant.
It gets its name from the name it grows and creeps as it resembles a Christmas tree branch.
You can create a bonsai tree by wrapping it around spiderwood or create some nice natural looking landscape by wrapping it around some Iwagumi style stones!
Comes just around a golf ball sized portion of moss, plenty for you to design with!

Plant is looking alittle discolored but that's expected from traveling in a box. its big bunch I'm pleased with the purchase and arive on time.

Xmas moss
Placed on top of substrate& gently pushed into contours of substrate& it quickly took hold, is pearling well& already growing vertically & laterally. Some brown on arrival but quickly disappeared. EXCELLENT product & service

Gorgeous, substantial plant!
Excellent quality with absolutely no brown or melting1 placed in the tank on some driftwood and the growth has exploded (tho' CO2 injection may be partly responsible for that!)
