Health & Safety Is Our Priority At Pet Zone Tropical Fish During This Covid19 Pandemic

Though Covid19 lockdown measures have been eased and relaxed in most of the country, like you, we are all concerned about health and safety.  The Pet Zone Tropical Fish team is doing all we can to make sure we're here for you at our physical storefronts and taking your calls and emails.

Safety is one of our core values and we are committed to the health and well-being of our customers and teammates. This core value has lead us to take the following action:

• Face masks must be worn by visitors and teammates inside our store at all times.
• Ensuring the storefront's environment is thoroughly sanitized and clean so you can have a more at-ease shopping experience.
• High-touch areas such as checkout register screens, door handles and counters are cleaned and sanitized hours with EPA-approved disinfectants.
• Hand sanitizers and/or wipes are readily available and on hand for all visitors and our teammates.
• Maximum of 10 people allowed inside our store at any given time with social distancing protocol in place.
• Curbside service available for those wary about venturing out in public.
• We are supporting our team members to stay at home if they're feeling sick to ensure recovery and rest.

We understand that being out in public can be fearful during this time and we are right there with you and can assure you we're taking thorough measures to ensure your confidence in shopping with us.

For those feeling under the weather and staying put at home, we can have the item shipped to you or if you'd like to send a friend or family member to pickup your livestock and/or aquatic supply needs, we have a "pickup in-store" option on our website if you decide to shop with us online.

All in-person workshops and demos will be postponed until further notice. We're just as sad as you are to hear this news as this is one of the pleasant experiences many of you have grown to love about our team and store but do not fear, we will schedule some online live-streaming events for all of you to enjoy safely as your health and safety is vital.
