We're all concerned about the outbreak worldwide and like you, we are regularly monitoring the most recent news about the COVID19 coronavirus. As more people are taking precautions, the Pet Zone Tropical Fish team is doing all we can to make sure we're here for you at our physical storefronts and taking your calls and emails. We're here for you at times like this and are happy to lend out a hand if you need our help.
Safety is one of our core values and we are committed to the health and well-being of our customers and teammates. This core value has lead us to take the following action:- Ensuring the storefront's environment is thoroughly sanitized and clean so you can have a more at-ease shopping experience.
- High-touch areas such as checkout register screens, door handles and counters are cleaned and sanitized hours with EPA-approved disinfectants and we're doing our best to keep hand sanitizers and/or wipes on hand.
- We are supporting our team members to stay at home if they're feeling sick to ensure recovery and rest.
We understand that being out in public can be fearful during this time and we are right there with you and can assure you we're taking thorough measures to ensure your confidence in shopping with us.
For those feeling under the weather and staying put at home, we can have the item shipped to you or if you'd like to send a friend or family member to pickup your livestock and/or aquatic supply needs, we have a "pickup in-store" option on our website if you decide to shop with us online.
All in-person workshops and demos will be postponed until further notice. We're just as sad as you are to hear this news as this is one of the pleasant experiences many of you have grown to love about our team and store but do not fear, we will schedule some online live-streaming events for all of you to enjoy safely as your health and safety is vital.
