Wallich’s Spikemoss / Terrarium & Paludarium Plant

Bring a lush, tropical forest look to your planted display with Selaginella wallichii, also commonly searched as Selaginella wallichi, Wallich’s Spikemoss, and sometimes referred to as a Peacock Fern-style plant.

This unique spikemoss has delicate, fern-like growth with bright green, textured foliage that works beautifully in terrariums, paludariums, vivariums, ripariums, wabi-kusa layouts, and emersed aquascapes. Its upright, branching growth adds instant jungle texture to humid planted setups.

Please note: Selaginella wallichii is best grown emersed in high humidity. It is not recommended as a fully submerged aquarium plant long-term. It is ideal for moist areas above the waterline, paludarium backgrounds, humid terrariums, and wabi-kusa-style displays.
